D&D Novelties reserves the right to refuse your custom design and/or image if it is offensive and will not represent D&D Novelties’ image in a positive manner. In addition, if D&D Novelties cannot fulfill your order request for any reason (i.e., too many orders, insufficient supply of products or materials, etc.), then they will accommodate you and/or your organization to the best of its abilities—even if we have to refer you to a different merchant.
D&D Novelties does not charge a setup fee for any print-ready artwork. If your artwork needs to have design work completed on it before it can be printed, D&D may charge fees associated with configuration.
D&D Novelties is not responsible for any errors or misrepresentations in the characteristics of any images we receive.
The quality of your image on any particular item will vary according to the properties of your graphics. If you are planning to place an image on a novelty, please understand that the resolution, clarity, and color will be uniform to the image that you have sent in.
